Probably most people dont know but its possible to view statistics from common short urls services, even, if you dont own the link. Short Urls Stats is a tool that helps give that information by simply providing a interface were the user just need to select which service to show and type the short url.
Short Urls Stats initial release only supports goo.gl and bit.ly. More short urls sites will be added in the future if possible...
